Your Wedding Day is likely to be one of the most important days of your life, you have devoted months of intricate planning to ensure that everything passes off exactly as you have dreamt it should. The longest part of your day is going to be the evening party, there are likely to be more guests arriving to celebrate with you, than during the actual ceremony itself. So this is a huge part of what people will remember about the day. So the question that you need to as yourself is "Can I afford not to get this right?".

Every Bride and Groom that I speak to, come up with a different answer! Let's face it, who wants their After Wedding Party to be the same as everyone elses? This is why I feel it is important for us to actually discuss each aspect of what you require, to make your event special, different and unique. Soundtracker, Herefordshire's Professional Wedding Disco Service don't provide an "off the peg" solution to your wedding needs, we aim to create a one-off experience,a package designed to make sure that all of your expectations are exceeded, and that your wedding has that real "WOW" factor!.
WHERE DO WE START?
Most couples have little or no experience in planning a wedding, especially from an entertainment perspective. This is where we can help, having officiated at many weddings over the years, we feel more than qualified to offer much needed advice and creative ideas. Rather than meeting you for the first time on your wedding day, we would prefer to meet you well beforehand to discuss every aspect of your evening. This may include, a site visit, preparing a schedule of events for the evening, choosing a song for the first dance and also helping you to put together a list of songs that you and your friends would like to dance to. We are comfortable in taking control of your evening from the now "Traditional" First Dance to the end of night when you are ready to bid your friends and family a goodnight. We will ensure that all of your requirements are met, and that the party flows smoothly. You will have peace of mind knowing that your evening is in the capable hands of an entertainment professional who will act as your spokesperson and make sure that your dreams and wishes are made into realities. This takes away from you any worry or stress about what and when things are going to happen, and lets you relax and enjoy your evening. We are very experienced in working with Bands from Ceilidh Bands right through to Punk & Metal (you'd be surprised!), we will ensure that we liase to ensure that their are no "hissy fits" over space requirements and also that we don't play half of the Bands playlist before they start! We are also diplomatic enough to deal with Hotel, Caterers, Photographers etc to ensure that everybody is working together towards the same goal - which is of course to ensure that your night is as close to perfection as humanly possible!
If you are having a Civil Wedding, we are able to provide music for your ceremony and also, where required, a public address system for your speeches, and also some nice subtle background music during the meal and early part of the evening. Everything, in-fact, that you would expect from Herefordshire ’s Professional Wedding Disco Service.

WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK?
The simple answer is, as soon as possible! Some couples are now booking more than 18 months in advance, especially for peak times. My advice would be, as soon as you have confirmed your venue, then book your DJ. Having said that, it is always worth a call especially if you're not getting married on a Saturday!

As soon as we met you, we knew that you would deliver and you did. So many people commented on how great your show was. Our guests knew that we don't 'do' cheesy music and you translated our musical tastes and personalities so well, our guests couldn't believe that we had actually found a dj who would play Metallica and Malmsteen! And we were so impressed with the inflatable guitars, they were great! There were a number of other things we were particularly impressed with, one being the fact that you remembered that I had told you that my friends and I had danced to a particular song on my hen weekend in Prague. It was a throwaway comment at the time, but I was so impressed when you called all the 'Prague girls' to the dancefloor, because you remembered our conversation and took the time to play that song for us. Also, Jason wrote me a song for the morning of the wedding, and (unknown to us) our best man and bridesmaid asked you to play it straight after our first dance. It was an amazing moment for both of us to dance to a song that Jason had written for me especially for our wedding day and we're still talking about it now - again, you accommodated our friends' request rather than playing to your own agenda, and we are so grateful that you did! Thank you for a wonderful evening, we had such a great time and it really was a fantastic way to end the best day of our lives!
